From Our Pastor…..

What a celebration we here at BCC just had! 100 years of carrying out the Great Commission in the Bethel Community and reaching around the world with our great passion and vision for missions! Instilled deeply in our families from generation to generation is the Love and Compassion that Jesus showed during his ministry and as he commanded us to have!

Thinking on this milestone, considering it took approximately the same time to build the Ark, I stand in awe of GOD that he would allow me to serve Him during this centennial year at Bethel and count it all Joy that I've been able to help reap the harvest that other great men had planted. Men like Rev. Charles Fox, Gene Perry, Bill Wilting, Jim Chiddix, Larry Latham, Bob Grimmett, and Jerry Michael. What a blessing to hear from them and/or their families and/or their former parishioners.

I'm convinced this is part of the reason GOD has been blessing us so these months together. A huge debt of gratitude to all who served, from the centennial committee to all the wonderful cooks, the servers, to all those helping with chairs, our historian, to our special Choir and so many others making the day so special.

Should the Lord tarry another hundred years I'm confident our generations to come are going to still be reaping the seeds we sow today! May we continue to seek first HIS kingdom.

In CHRIST'S Love,

Bro. J. Marc Williams
